This place was great!! Kamila did a great job checking my family and walking us through the process. I got appointments for the same day I called and they were able to work with my husband's schedule, who ended up coming later in the day.

Brought my daughter here when she was sent home from daycare and I was panicked never having dealt with lice before. Rachel was amazing! She kept my daughter calm with a movie and snacks. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience. My daughter was nervous going in, but Camila and Rachel immediately made her feel comfortable. They were so sweet, reassuring, and professional. Rachel handled the treatment with so much care and did an excellent job. I’m really grateful for how well they treated her.

Lice lifters got me right in on a Sunday morning when I was worried I had lice. They had me bring in my whole family to also be checked. The process was very thorough and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Finding out that your little one has this issue can be so stressful and you can feel very alone with how to properly treat it. Lice Lifters of Mercer County was amazing. They have same day availability and they are so incredibly kind and helpful. They educate you on what is going on and how to treat it. It can feel confusing because there are so many videos online with home remedies but I wanted to find something as close to 100% effective as possible with quick results. It is a higher cost vs diy but you are paying for a service, expertise and treatment plan. The products are safe and effective. There are cheaper options for sure but if you are looking for help, care, education, service and an overall kind experience, I highly recommend this place. The experience is similar to a hair salon, your little one can sit in the chair and the team takes care of treatment. They explain how things will work and what they find. You leave with a plan for how to finish treatment on your own after the initial service.

Great place Kamila did an amazing job educating me and making me feel safe and comfortable and gave me great tips and tricks on how to prevent lice in the future the treatment afterwords made my hair feel amazing I would highly recommend this place and would ask for Kamila she was very sweet and friendly 🙂

The experience at Lice Lifters was amazing! They were so gentle with my daughter and were able to get rid of the issue right away!

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their service. I had a check up, and they took me in to get the service done because they had “seen” lice in my hair. 4 hours later, and lots of money spent, they said I never had it in the first place. I had no refund and had to pay for aftercare aswell.

100% DO NOT GO! I deeply regret going to Lice Lifters over the summer and would not recommend this place to any parent! They charge $250 PER HEAD, which is outrageous for what you actually get. The “treatment” is this awful goop. There was so much hair loss during and afterward!!! Using this product was awful, and I hated every part of it. Red flag: They pressure you to leave a Google review before you even walk out so you can get a discount. It felt manipulative and gross. I could clearly sense their disappointment when I refused. Their entire sales approach is built on fear-mongering. They constantly repeat lines like “you can get lice anywhere, even at the supermarket.” This is ABSURD and irresponsible, but it’s clearly meant to scare parents into coming in for an "emergency same-day appointment" and paying hundreds of dollars. They also conveniently downplay the fact that you are NOT “done” when you leave. You are expected to apply that same horrible treatment three more times at home over the next couple of weeks, which was not made clear upfront. Here’s the kicker: after this experience, I used a $10 SPRAY called Lice Freee, available at Target! Salt-based, killed all nits AND super lice, and worked with one easy application!!! No fear, no pressure. Simple, SAFE and effective!!! This business survives on slick marketing, panic, and pressure, not transparency or care. Save your money, protect you and your child’s hair, and do your research before stepping into this place.

I found this place because the school alerted us of lice infestation. I didn’t find anything myself but they showed me what they found on me. Yikes! Anyway, home remedies don’t work and this is for peace of mind. Rachel was sweet and gentle and assured me it will be all gone.

Was worried after my son’s school had reported a case. Came here to check out of precaution and they were very informative and offered fast service and peace of mind!
